Miniflex LX COMPACT Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner
Small enough to fit in a car, think of the Miniflex LX as a compact version of our popular Airflex Pro machine. The Miniflex LX is built for operators who want a compact machine design, but with the power of a full spec professional extractor.
The Miniflex LX is perfect for professionally cleaning carpets and upholstery in both residential and commercial premises. This machine will suit professional carpet cleaners, in-house cleaners (nursing homes, hotels etc.), contract cleaning companies and car valeters.

Professional twin motor vacuum system
The Miniflex LX comes with dual 3-stage vacuum motors. This powerful vacuum system gives you professional cleaning results and drying times and can power hoses up to 100ft long!
The Miniflex’s airflow-friendly design optimises airflow throughout the system, eaking out every last drop of performance from the vacuum system. All internal vac pipes are 2”, as is the vac hose connection, so you can use either 1.5” or 2” vac hose (for better performance on longer hose runs). The optional silencer is 4”, so won’t choke vacuum performance when in use.
Choice of solution pumps from 220 to 400psi
A bigger pump cleans more efficiently, with fewer wand passes needed and less effort. The entry level 130psi pump is the minimum we recommend for professional results. The 220psi pump is more durable, cleans more quickly and is fully adjustable (with pressure gauge). For maximum cleaning efficiency choose the 400psi pump (also fully adjustable and with a pressure gauge).
Optional inline heater
Add the Magma in-line heater for constant very hot water direct from cold water in the tank. More info on the Magma heater here.
Miniflex LX compact and user friendly design
The Miniflex is very small compared to most professional carpet cleaning machines and has a footprint of just 39cm (w) x 66cm (l). This compact and lightweight design make the Miniflex LX especially easy to transport, store and work with. It has large 10” rear wheels for easier stair climbing and both front casters are braked. The solution tank and waste tank lids are both hinged for easy access and the control panel is top-mounted for convenience.

Tilt-and-roll easy van loading system
The Miniflex LX is super-easy to load in and out the van. Just tilt the machine back onto the loading wheels and roll it in, so the van takes half the weight of the machine when loading. It’s all very easy and you won’t need to install a ramp to get this machine in and out your van.
Whisper quiet operation
Add the optional exhaust silencer and you now have one of the quietest professional extractors on the market. With the exhaust silencer attached, you can stand right next to the Miniflex LX and talk without needing to raise your voice – which is very quiet indeed for a professional carpet cleaning machine!
Built-in auto-feed and pre-spray delivery System
The Miniflex LX comes with built-in auto-feed. Simply remove the feed hose from the Miniflex LX solution tank and drop into any external tank or container. The Miniflex LX then draws solution from where-ever the feed hose is placed – so you can easily hook the machine up to external water tanks.
Power pre-spray system
Drop the auto-feed hose into a container of pre-mixed pre-spray and you can apply pre-spray through your wand or hand tool – which can save a lot of time when pre-spraying larger areas.
Easy access servicing
Like its bigger brother, the Miniflex LX was designed for quick and easy maintenance. The motor housing can be accessed in a few seconds. A vac motor can be changed in as little as 10 minutes. The pump is also very easy to swap out and can be changed in around 15 minutes. All parts are available from stock with next-working day delivery.
Miniflex LX Commercial Warranty
This machine comes with a 5 year guarantee on the machine body. All other parts are covered by a 1 year commercial warranty. Servicing and repairs can be carried out by Cleansmart or you can make use of our National Network of Service Engineers – whichever is more convenient.
